Location is perfect.

Front desk was friendly but everyone else seemed annoyed and unfriendly when asked for items. The rooms are extremely small and uncomfortable.

Great location in the heart of Getsemani. The hotel is very characteristic and the price is good.

After the first night in the hotel, they reached out during the morning saying that we had to go back and change the room because they gave us the wrong one. We were already out on a trip so this was a major incovenience. We got a room on the ground floor which was extremely loud and we couldn't sleep the whole night.

Decent for the price

It’s situated in the Getsimeni neighbourhood which is just outside the old city. The area is very beautiful and it’s only a short walk to the old city. The rooftop has a nice relaxation area and there are some drinks available for sale on the premises.

I added a Colombian phone number on my booking.com profile and because of this they charged me 20% in taxes. This is after I showed them that I’m not Colombian and that it was only a phone number. One of the rooms had stains on the bedding and a large brown stain on the towels. The shower drain was also clogged.

Wonderful place

Friendly staff, free coffee, air conditioning in the room, felt safe :) They cleaned the rooms very good and we left valuables in the open.

The sink was very loose and someone fixed but only partially. Some of the receptionist weren't very nice. The keyring was so big that wouldn't fit in my pocket so I had to get my bag everytime I go out

Overall pretty good but we didn’t get any sleep whatsoever

Centrally-located, fairly clean, good vibes from all staff.

Staff were responsive to our requests, place was clean.

Mouldy odour in room, also we were without water for a couple of hours one of the 3 days.

would have been much better with a different room.

location is perfect! the staff was also super nice and accommodating.

room 211 was very bad. the bathroom kept flooding and the mildew was almost unbearable. every time we got back to the room we would need to air it out but it would be back to awful within an hour. the last day we switched to another room, 203, and it was much much better. I wish we did that the first day.

Close to the action in Getsemani.

Room was very, very small. Super cramped. Bed was a bit sloped to the outer edge. And the room was very, very loud ... and not from outside, on the street, but from the courtyard within. Sounded like people partying just outside our room for half the night for 2 of 3 nights

The best thing is location, you have a lot of places near to dinner, party and known the center of cartagena.

So much noise in the nights, you can hear everything. The facilities have to improve.

Location is awesome The room is okay

Roomsmelled like mold. The people there are not very friendly (they help when you ask, but for the rest they are always just watching tv), and they have the worlds worst cleaners. The cleaners seem to be cleaning the whole day, sweeping the floor etc, but still everything is dirty. There is a layer of dust everywhere...
